Tim Hortons at 3450 Gender Road, Canal Winchester, Ohio.

Have lived in this area for a almost 5 years and i cant remember more than one good experience at this location. I will go out of my way to drive to the hamilton rd tim hortons before visiting here. Today was the last time ill visit that store. We ordered a dark roast coffee and a vanilla ice cap. My coffee tasted like hot water with a little creamer and the ladies ice cap was all vanilla. She went inside and was told the ice cap machine had been overused and it was watered down, so it needed to sit awhile before the mixture is right. Instead of relaying that information before hand they chose to shove a non mixed iced cap out the window. That's all she drinks from Tims and this location has never got it right.

They did comp her in the form of a donut, which my daughter enjoyed...but for us parents with no sleep and in need of coffee ...were still tired.
